13. The choice of which is at the sole discretion of the foundation: in the case of services: the supply of the services again; or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

15. In the event of the unavailability of either services or goods Its Time Foundation will make reasonable effort to deliver comparable alternatives.
16. The timing of delivery of services and good will be at the discretion of Its Time Foundation.
17. Unless otherwise noted prizes in the form of jerseys or photographs will be delivered unframed and costs of framing or other presentation is at the discretion of the prize recipient.
18. Should a person or persons referenced in a prize be unavailable for any reason Its Time Foundation will take reasonable action, but does not guarantee a replacement.
19. The Terms and Conditions, and the use of the website and any contents thereof, are in all respects governed by and according to the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. By using the website, the user irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any dispute of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation any dispute arising out of the interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions, or the use of the website or any material contained therein, or accessed thereby.
